I donno... Ebay is risky on turbos... Then again I have bought two on it and they have been practically brand new. :)

Personally I wouldn't even look at it, even if it looks legit, too many people with zero feedback are just scammers. Although this guys seems more legit that others, I just like to stay away from low feedback ebayers.

My two cents: why screw around with that small of a turbo? I'd get a bigger one more suited for your over all goals. If thats all the power you want, I'd still at least get a big 16g. Negligible spool time difference, but making power should be a bit easier.
