97 2.2l losing water

I have 97 cavalier. It is losing water going short distances down the road. I have already replaced the water pump had the radiator checked out and the fan. What else could it be. It also seems to get hotter the faster I go. usually runs about half way until I go over 60. I know both are related. ?????:banghead: this problem has already caused head damage. head was warped and had that fixed.

Do you see the water leaking from anywhere? If it is rapid coolant loss it could be the heater core leaking. There is a drain on the firewall on the passenger side of the vehicle. Check there. The other thing would be air in the system but if you are losing coolant then you need to find the leak.

well the only place i seem to be loosing water from is the reservoir. I cleaned it out and a bunch of junk came out. I'm thinking whoever had this car before me may have used some leakstop or something and clogged it up. I know the engine is clean I just rebuilt it and the radiator has been flushed out also. We'll see if this is the fix. I just bought a new reservoir today.
