Alarm installation: Door Trigger Wiring HELP!

I have a 1994 Del Sol.
I'm trying to find the appropriate Door trigger wire to tab into for my alarm.
In the vehicle wiring information, the wire should be a green/red wire. But in reality, I found TWO(2) wires both colored green/red. Now, which wire should I splice into? I have found that one wire is for the passenger door, and the other is for the driver door. What should I do?
The diagram I have (from Clifford) says for dome light "see door trigger", so I'm stuck.
Please Advice.
