New to ludes

Hey guys , im new to preludes...not to hondas.My friend has a 93 with the non vtec h23 well most of the #4 piston found it's way out the side of pan along with chunks of the rod and cradle. Now do we find a h23(big money) or how hard is it to swap like the vtec motor in??? other than motor and ECU what else do we need to do it???
