2002 Z71 Driver side lumbar

I went to adjust the lumbar setting on my drivers seat (manually) turn the knob. I went to far there was a pop noise.. The knob just spins now. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

Same thing happened to mine.....
The lumbar is a plastic grid on round slides......There is a cable attached to the top center of the plastic grid. When you turn the knob.....it pulls on the cable and pulls down on the plastic grid forcing it to bulge outward against your back.
Most likely the plastic grid broke where the cable attaches. That's what happened to mine.
I bolted a piece of aluminum across the top of the plastic grid, drilled a hole in the center and re-attached the cable.
There is a round metal loop that holds the cable housing....be sure to put the cable thru the loop.
The hardest part of the job is taking the seat cover off......It was a bear to get off.....

i have a 2004 chevy with power seats and has no lumbar
