Traction Control and ABS light come on when car is started

Traction control light comes on active have to push button to turn off.
Every time I start car this happens. Went to auto parts store to have them
read code no code was shown. I belive it is a wheel bearing sensor. Had one
replace at pep boys, couple years ago. Can I turn off the traction control ?
Or should I just replace the wheel bearing hub. Is it safe to drive? Help
