1994 Corsica Blinker Problem

All of the blinkers on my 94 corsica stopped working. The hazards are working fine. The bllinker lights on the dash come on but stay steady green and don't flash. At first the dash lights just flashed very slow and then stopped flashing completely. Then the dash lights faded out completely a couple of times but now they just stay solid green. All the lights on the outside of the car work fine they just don't flash. We replaced the bulb and fuse but that didn't work. Any suggestions? :banghead:

Check wiring and multi-function switch aka blinker lever.
