glass windows hurt

hey all i just got back from the hospital with my newly aquired 30 stitches.

someone was stealing the vacuum from my floor so i ran after himat full tilt. i got to the door, tried to push it open but missed th metal and hit the glass with my arm. my head then flew at it (it's safety glass with the wires so it didn't go through) and my knee took care of the bottom window. i now have 2 gashes on my right arm, one 3" long with 6 stitches, the other 4" long with 12, one on the bridge of my nose, 2 stitches, and one above my eyebrow, 3.5" long with 10 stitches.

pictures will be available on the weekend because i dont have a camera at school (boarding school).

the funny part is that this happened within an hour of getting to school.

yeah well i didn't get the vacuum. the problem is that people lose the vacums (i dont know how, we get some pretty daft ppl at this school) so we started with 5 and now have 2 for 3 floors. so we floor heads beat the crap out of people who try to steal our cleaning supplies, at least when we dont run into a door lol. and it's too bad the girls aren't allowed in our dorm, they should be cleaning, you know, preparing for their future lol jk.

and i'm fine, it actually never hurt, it's a little uncomfortable and burns a little every once in a while but nothing too serious.

when i was at the hospital and the triage nurse was bandaging me up (wraping my head world war 2 style lol) i asked if i could have a bandaid for my finger, she just looked at me like i was some kind of an idiot lol.

since we're on the subject of scars, how many girls here (of the 3 that actally still visit the site) dig scars, how about facial scars? just wondering because i got some mixed emotions at school, one girl was totally digging it, she was like "oh it's going to look pimp" actually said that, i was kinda just like "yeah, not sure if i want a scar on my face but i dont really have a choice in the matter" then some woman said im going to have a face only a mother could love, mean bitch.

the women are going to love it when you tell it happened because someone tried to steal your vac :D

haha yeah they'll get the impression that i actually use it lol. i jsut get my roommate to do it, im too lazy. besides, cleaning's for women so it suits him perfectly

It worked for my boy in Ms. He got cut by his older brother and he told the girls the scar was from him helping out some homeless guy that was getting jumped.

i convinced some girl (she's blonde, go figure) that i got mugged by a 300lbs black guy with a knife but that he didn't get my wallet or anything, just got a few lucky slices before i got away.

now i know never to believe your crazy stories on the phone anymore. as far as the scars thing goes..like i said before, get some neosporin and clean that up. one way to look at it, scars show u werne't able to defend yourself against injury. weak guys=turnoff. :p

the only thing i kinda need to have looked at is that i cant really raise my left eyebrow and i cant feel anything from the wound to about a quarter up my scalp lol, but if nothing can be done about it it's no big deal, it's just an eyebrow and who needs feeling there anyways

i tore a tendon in my right ring finger, i got a full recovery because the plastic surgeons caught it early, now the only way to tell that there's something different about it is the massive scar on the finger.

and as for the blonde, i eventually told her the truth, i just wanted to have a bit of fun with her. she's the epitome of the blonde stereotype.

there's a time and a place for crying, and after getting cut up is not one of them, especially if it doesn't hurt and it's just a whole lot of blood. i dont make fun of ppl for crying unless they're doing it for attention or for something really minor like a scrape or something.

been there, done that. except it was an electric saw and my thumb. 3 days in hospital and an operation. followed by like 8 weeks of physio to get my thumb working again, a year later it still doesn't work properly.

cut through a tendon, ligament, artery, nerve and into the bone. since i cut the nerve i didn't actually feel it, nor did i notice until about a minute later when there was blood everywhere.

hahaha, i keep trying to picture that in my head, and each time it gets funnier and funnier. alteast ur alright, n got a nice scar. just don't use that story to pick up chics. try something along the lines of wrestling a grizzly.

and those are the ones on my arm, i'd take the bandages off but they're a bitch to put back on with one arm, plus i don't know where my sis keeps her supplies, i might have some pics tomorrow when she changes my dressing (she's a nurse, she's good at that kind of thing).

i just got the stitches taken out of my nose. i was expecting a little pain, when i got stitches taken out of my finger they pinched a bit but this didn't feel like anything.

Holy shit dude...you owned yourself pretty good there. Haha...kidding. Anyways, hope ya get back to normal soon.

yeah, i'm really bummed out that i have to wait at least untill wednesday till i row. i was craving it so badly this week. i hopped on a rowing machine for 10 minutes and it felt soo good. don't tell anyone though, the doc told me i'm not allowed lol. nothing bad happened though, there was no blood or pain during and after the row so it was fine.
