Need your help again guys!!! Maybe some of you have read the "lower intake gasket replacement in progress" thread that I started. I finally got that done but a problem came up after that. The check engine light came on. we took itto autozone and found out that it was code P0340 camshaft something! The tach is also not working. Are these problems related? when I was trying to get the enginestarted I forgot to plug the connector at the back of the distributior (I think CMP?) and cranked the engine several times. could the pcm have read that there was no CMP signald and thus store a code? or maybe I fried a fuse? If someone has had this problem or knows where can I find info on this let me know. Also, if you have any idea why the tach is not working please post it!!! I'll appreciate it! BTW the car is a 1999 trailblazer 4.3 with 13X,XXX miles! Thanks for any info in advance!!!
