Differences between Eco2.2 and z24?

What are the differences between these 2? Could I drop an Eco engine into a z24 without having to do any modification or changing motor mounts?

Don't know why you would considering the Twin Cam gets more power, but its possible and would require the appropriate mounts. The motors are totally different.

Unless, of course, you're referring to a 2002 1/2 Z24...which already had an eco in it.

Well, im not planning on doing anything like that, i just want to know. I know the 2.4 has more power but i keep hearing that the eco has more mods out there and it's a better engine? So wouldnt that balance them out or make the eco somewhat better?

In our club we have a few guys with boosted ecos and a few boosted zs and out of them all of the ecos took to boost great but for the most part the zs had alot of issuse taking to boost for some reason.
