89'S-10,2.5 hard to start

my truck is hard to start.usually the first start of the day is the werst.i have put a new oxagin sensor,coil,throtel posision sensor,fuel pump,screen,and filter.but it still has the same problem.it also has no power most of the time.if i give it gas it looses all power and tries to die.then some times it does fine but most of the time not.

I can only take a wild and crazy guess that your fuel pressure regulator is bunk.

Before you replace it get your fuel pressure tested. I'm sure that it's the problem but not positive

plugs wires cap and a roter are a nice start
