95 PA and stalling

I have a 95 Park Avenue that stalls randomly. How fast you are going does not seem to matter you could be doing 70 on the highway or sitting at a light and not moving at all. Once you wait a few minutes and give several tries it will start back up. Does anyone know why it does this and what can be done to fix it? Any help would be greatly apperciated.
