got some $$$ need suggestions for mods

hey guys! i just sold some stuff off my truck and got a little over $400 to spend on new stuff. I'm trying to decide wether i should buy the k&n cold air intake system, magnaflow hi-flow cats, billet grill or if i should just save my money for new rims and tires. I want some hp increase and i want my exhaust to be louder(i have a magnaflow muffler on right now). Any other suggestions?? Does anyone hav any experience with the magnaflow hi-flow cats??

Something to get better MPG :) ..... i'm paying 2.90, probably going be 3.50 this summer then 3 bucks this winter. a few more dollars i'm just going quit my job and sell my truck and live off welfare.... but seriously ,do you want speed or looks ? grill and rims is all about looks.

Honestly I would skip the cold-air and do just exhaust and grille. Since you mentioned it, you obviously want wheels and tires. You can do the grill and exhaust for pretty cheap, then save up for the wheel/tires.
