Fuel problems 95 ciera

I have a 95 Ciera S with the V6. Last night I parked the car and when I went to start it this AM it would not start. I used some "Strarting Fluid" to prime it and it will run for 3 sec. and stop. Is there a fuse fir the fuel pump or a regulator? I don't think it's a pump because there was no prior problems. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
