Engine compatibility question

Hello,
I'm looking to replace the very worn engine (http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1601351#) in my 91 Civic (http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1601351#) DX (1.5L 16V). I have found a low mileage 1.5L out of a 94 Civic. I understand that the EFI systems are completely different, but will the block/head/rotating assembly interchange?
