2004 Side Window Louvers

Does anyone know of an aftermarket contact for the exterior Side Window Louvers for a 2004 Mustang? I'm looking for one that replaces the whole panel, not just uses double sided tape to stick onto the window. All I ever see are for the 2005 Mustang.
