I need to either find or cut a 1.5" hole in the fire wall for my ebc connector to go through and I was wondering if anyone knows where the best place to do this is? Preferably on the passengers side because the control solenoid is on the passenger side shock tower

What you should do is cut the 3 wires that run to the pressure sender and cut the 2 wires that run to the actuator. Then get some heat shrink and solder the wires back together once you get them through the firewall.
This is what I had to do with my AVC-R. No big deal, just snip and rewire. Good as new.

Where the engine wire harness goes through. If you take off the rubber thing and the white plastic thing under that it should fit.

well the connector for the hsk evc is a 7 pin connector instead of a 4 pin and 3 pin. I'm going to try and use an existing gromet on the passengers side and see how that works
EDIT: thanks EZ
