I am looking for the A-Piller trim panel (plastic) for the passenger side of a right hand drive 88-91 civic HB. This trim panel has the oh-shit-bar. I don't care what color it is.. Please let me know if you have one that you are willing to sell/trade. I have one with no OSB if you want (from the driver side of a LHD civic)

Nevermind on this.. For anyone who cares, if you take the non OSB trim off, you will see it has the little offsets for the holes, and you simply need to drill 4, 3/8" holds to accomodate the new OSB.

I wonder why car manufacturers don't want the driver holding onto an oh shit bar?

Cuz when the time comes when you have to say oh shit, you better have both hands on the steering wheel...

Seriously, I've seen some cars that have it on both sides - I think the focus is like that?

That's why I don't trust crash test dummies... They don't tense up and freak out when they're going to hit the wall...

the dammit handle in some cars is considered a grab bar to help you get out of the car . That's why some cars have it on the driver side as well.
