If you are really talking about Daytime Running Lamps I am curious if you are not the original owner of the vehicle are you sure they worked at one time or not?
There seem to be many people out there who dislike DRLs so much they figure out ways to disable them.
Anyways to answer your question....there is a DRL relay (#22) in the underhood electrical center of your vehicle and its coil is fed by the HTR A/C IGN fuse (#46), which also feeds many other things so that fuse is likely OK.
The DRL relay actually switches the low beam headlamps to ground through a power resistor so there isn't any special fuse, they use the same left and right headlamp fuses (#50, #51) for the power for DRL mode of headlamps.
