Exploiting the high demand and Volkswagen Group's wish to recoup some of their investment in this flagship loss leader, as of April 14th, the base cost of a Veyron (excluding local taxes) went up by 10% to 1,100,000 Euro!

Since I notice you're in Holland too ... that means that the price you'd have to pay Hessing's is €1.980,000 inclusive of all Dutch :shakehead taxes!!!!

And the story goes that at least 1 Bugatti has been sold in Holland. The taxes on tat car pay for the unemployment benefits the 1000+ workers at Nedcar will receive, after getting fired...
