CV joints bad???

What are the symptoms of having bad CV joints? I have a 2001 2.4L engine and have this annoying problem of having to change my hub assembly every 2 months or so because they go bad (luckily lifetime warrantly). I'm thinking that there is something wrong with the CF joint or drive shaft for the front driver side. Any opinion/idea?
