I was walkin to my car today and saw this:http://www.t-mobilepictures.com/photos/photo07/49/58/721c3824a9f2.jpg?_rh=ewcud4iv0y3ubf8gkqyvbpa9s
when i bought the car the crack was half that length. is there any way to stop it from spreading? Do you think it might crack all the way to the bottom?

looks like it is starting to spyder webb, it is caused when the paint and clear coat flex on the bumper, the onlt true way to fix it is to strip it al down and repaint the bumper.

I dont think its a paint thing, cuz the actual bumper is cracked. that yellowish/white part u see is the actual fiberglass or plastic or w/e pokin thru

it almost look like it was repainted and had a little crak and they just painted over it and now it is appearing. feel behind the bumper where the crack is and see if it goes through. If so you will have to sand it down get some fiberglass repair and fix it.

zip ties.......

j/k they work but are ugly, they also sell figerglass repair kits the work good but your going to have to repaint it to get rid of it.

Seems as if somebody did that already, and now that the key tumbler is messed up I think the whole car is a jimmy fest waiting to be discovered.

I thought this was all normal wear and tear for a 12 year old car with >125k

ya it is normal wear and tear, but someone did not fix the tear right in the first place.

This is why I refuse to spend more than 2 grand on a car, never have and never will, unless my numbers finally hit, but that's wishful thinking.
