Grassroots upgrade (4th gen accord)

Has anyone had any experience with boring out a stock 4th gen accord engine? I was thinking of going this route (possibly 20 over) instead of the ever popular h22 swap. i would like to acquire maybe an extra .1-.2 liters. I was thinking bore engine, re-sleeve, bigger pistons/new rods,port and polish head,valve springs/retainers,racing cam, bigger inj., etc..
then.. maybe a garrett turbo, custom fittings, etc.. i feel this would be a more unique/grassroots attempt to make the accord scream as opposed to using someone else's platform ('lude) any info/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
