Does anyone know if I can get a new head unit which will work with the factory CD changer? It's a 6CD clarion jobby (P11GT)?

Good question!

Mine 'sounds' ok, but it's got a little glitch that has seriously been annoying me. I'm not sure whether it's a fault or just the unit as a whole. When I select between radio and CD, sometimes the CD player keeps playing. Therefore, after half an hour listening to the radio I switch back to find one of my girlfriend's croaning CD's playing!!!

Nah, at the moment I'm just seeing what the options are...

I dont know if anyone does a lead that allows you
to control the Nissan Cd changer, might be worth calling
your local Car hifi shop
It does sound like a fault with your current headunit, altho minor
that kinda stuff drives me mad too
I'm sure someone on AF would sort u out a headunit cheap
if u get stuck I'll sell u mine :D
