Obsessive Blow outs

Hey, I was wondering, if you have a bent h-frame could that cause your tires to blow out? I have a buick regal, 94 3.8 liter fuel injected and About a year ago I hit a curb and my allignment went off. I went and had my wheels aligned and my car is still turning to the left a bit. I was told the h-frame was slightly bent. And there is constantly a hum in the front tire wells while I drive. I have had an over obsessive amount of blowouts and flats. Im not sure what to do about this whole mess. Any advice or comments?

Were they able to get the alignment in specs (toe in-out/camber/caster) with the slightly bent subframe?
A damaged subframe will affect steering, handling and suspension system wear so it is possible you are getting wear or stress on the tires. Also, check the condition of the lower control arm. They have a tendency to bend when hitting curbs.
What brand and quality of tires do you have?

Honest to god, I dont know much of anything about cars. I do know that they fixed my alignment but it still pulls a bit. And as far as the tires, they are 205/75 and they cost around 56 dollars. I need higher quality tires but right now my front tires continusely blow out.. either they blow or the valve stem cracks and it has to be something with the H-Frame. Honestly though I dont know what the control arm is. is it the thing that looks like a ---C and the tire goes on the C?

The lower control arm looks like an A frame. It connects to the frame supported by bushings and has the ball joint which in turn connects to the steering knuckle. Is the 205/75 tire size correct for your Regal? The OEM tire size should be on the data label located either on the driver or passenger side door.

Since you hit a curb...Was the rim bent ?... Is there a burr on the edge of the rim where it meets the tire? Is it the same tire that blows out?........ I got tires at a Goodyear Center, For $12 they will insure the tire no matter how it gets damaged. Even vandalism.
