99' 318ti foglight?

Can anyone explain how to open the foglight in order to replace the H7 bulb? I've been told it unclips and swivels out.?

If this is the case which side as I'm looking from the front is thge clip located on and in which direction should the pressure be applied.

[The light is on the left as you look at the car facing thr front btw.]
