When the truck is started and warmed up, the there is a little buzz/click that seems to be coming from like the instrument panel. Since the dash is Digital, could it possibly be something that is electrical? It only comes on when the truck is warmed and idling like at a light, and then at about 5-10 mph it shuts off, and other times it doesnt go off, but for the most part it's on and annoying.

Mine also make all kinds of noises, have you noticed the round, what I would call a plastic grill (about the size of a .50 cent piece) right to the left of the driver side, above the passenger window? All kinds of noise coming thru that thing. Can anybody tell me what this is and what it is for?
thanks

See, mine comes from around the driver side instrument cluster. This summer im going to dnyomat everything, so i will take all that junk off, and clean it up so hopefully nothing rattles. Also it could be coming from around the firewall where the steering column comes in. Sometimes it clicks/buzzs and sometimes it doesnt.. weird huh?

black wall st--I don't know the answer to your noise question but the answer to mdy's query is the cabin temperature sensor which has a little fan behind that grill that sucks in air across the sensor. Since it is pretty close to rhe driver's left ear, if it's noisy, you could hear it running. I can hear mine only if I put my ear up to the grill and everything else is perfectly quiet.

On the 2000 when you get that clicking, it's because of a bad multifucntion stalk (blinker/cruise etc). You can try changing out the blinker relay but it's most likely the stalk...

I'm finding that the more i do research it is sounding like a "blend door" issue with my automatic climate control. I would love to fix this problem, someone had stated that the actuators can be repleced? Is this true?

Well, I thought i had it figured out! But my noise is Definetly coming from the steering cloumn/gauge cluster. It is worse when it is just starting up, and it also buzzes when im at a stop or idle, but goes away when i accelerate. Doesnt matter, day or night, sometimes its worse than others. Please help, I'm dying!

Problem solved!!! Turns out it was a bad PCV valve, easy fix.
