Dodge Ram computer programmer

I am looking for a computer programmer for my 2005 Ram 1500 that will be able to adjust tire size, rev limiter, ADD HP, pretty much everything. please post some suggestions

SUPERCHIPS hands down. The flashpaq has internet updates and everything. It will get rid of most of the torque management which really holds these trucks back. Will also let you change the rev limiter and change tire size.
