is there supposed to be a 4x4 decal on the rear fender of my 2004 chvey ex cab pickup?

if its a 4x4 then yes. unless some one pulled them off. I took mine off. stoners would try to drive up the hill during snow storms and get stuck at 2am then pound on my door to get me up. thay were looking for a free tow. that big 4x4 sticker would draw them like magnets. hay were stuck can you pull us out.
