Hey
Was wondering if the engine swap between my cavaliers 2.2L and swap with a bonnevilles sse supercharged engine? i dont remeber the spects but i heard thats what people have put in there cars and the fit. but i want some feed back before i do some major changes. Also if you have a better engine swap in mind please tell? I am open for ideas.

Thanks
Chris

You can do whatever you want...all you need is the money, the tools and the know-how...

But, more than likely, the Bonneville engine would never fit in the Cavalier engine bay, and would cost a small fortune to buy the engine, which you could just use to put a down payment on a Bonneville instead...

My friend told me that a monte carlo supercharge would fit and would totally own. IS that true?

a 3.8 will fit. but it takes a lot of fabrication and a bottomless wallet.

the bonneville has a 3800 supercharged engine.. its the same engine as a grand prix / riviera - whatever else.. people have put them into cavaliers.. and they are crazy fast - but it takes alot of time/effort/money to make it work

I suggest a fully built 4.6L northstar. That would be awesome. Oh, and I've seen big block chevy's in cavaliers.

Yup same here, it was a 00+ yellow cavy with a 451 or 452 in it...it was CRAZY.
