there's no benefit to running it on a super charged car. It won't release enough air you really need a bypass to let out the amount of air a super charger produces. So I've personally never seen one on a super charged car. I'm not sure they even make them. The only point would be to make a psssh sound like you wanted and I'm not sure how you would set that up. The setup would be much different then a turbo.
It is off topic so you may get locked but hope it helps. Some of the other forums are definately dry. You might try finding another car thats supercharged stock and post there. E/T/L's are only n/t or turbo charged.

They make them for centrifical supercharged cars but that is the only way to use one. The riviera has a roots supercharger meaning it sits on top of the intake manifold and forces air into it. There is no piping to attach a blow off valve to so there for one would not work. It has its own release valve on the side that recirculates back into the intake, you could try unplugging that and see if that makes enough noise for him. Other than that, the only way he could do it is by putting a centrifical supercharger on with intercooler piping and an intercooler. Thats a lot of money just for the sound though.
