Well, you just need to put the solenoid on the vac line before the wastegate and then run the hose through the firewall and connect it to the controller. Didn’t it come with instructions?

Do you know what your wastegate looks like? If so find the wastegate and the vacuum line going to it. All you need to do is cut that line somewhere between the wastegate and the vacuum source then connect the two ends to the solenoid.
I wouldn't be able to help much with a diagram as I don't know much about vac systems in Hondas. I come in here simply because I know a fair deal about forced induction.

in the installation it say : (Exhaust hose - to engine bay) that mean i take the hose to any area under the hood and put it.then it will exhaust to the atmospher under the hood ? ?

you shouldnt even need a hose. just let it vent in the engine bay atmosphere.
