Southwest Public Safety in Texas is selling 05 Vics for $ 15,500 with 60,000 on them.

Is that a decent price ???

He changes fluids, etc, etc,.

My opinion, way too much. I've seen unmarked with 10K miles go for that. BTW unmarked or marked?

I can get an 03 with 80-100k for just under 5k and they are all one color with rubber floors so 15,500 sounds a little on the high side.
