Well this is my first car my dad gave it to me and im into fast cars. Is it worth adding Headers, Cat back, Cold Air Intake, Tints, Rims, Body kit on a 4DR '04 Cavalier 2.2L Ecotec?

yeah but if you're gonna invest moeny into the performance of a cavalier, the ecotec is the best engine to do it with,

May want to put some thought into it. While a 04 Cavy is an especially nice first car, it is not exactly fast, and will only be fast with rediculous amounts of money.

Consider this: You can invest 3, 4, 5000 bucks into your cavalier and make it a 14-15 second car. Respectable, but its still a cavalier. On the other hand, a clean 04 Cav could fetch anywhere from $6-10,000 depending on mileage and condition. If you sold it, and saved your money, you could invest in a car with a little more speed potential. Also, that kind of money would make for a nice down payment on something real nice.

Dont get me wrong, I love my cavy to death and wouldnt trade it for anything. But I have have close to 6 grand in it, and its still an 18 second car.

Basically what I am saying is that it takes a true cavalier enthusiast to dump that kind of money into these cars. So you just have ask yourself, is it worth throwing that kind of money into a car that youll regret?

Is it worth adding Headers, Cat back, Cold Air Intake, Tints, Rims, Body kit on a 4DR '04 Cavalier 2.2L Ecotec?

Just right there you have around $3000 worth of stuff, probably more if you include paint and labor. And just for future reference, your car only would only have one header.

Good luck!

dont get me wrong here, i even agree you have one bad ass ride, but if you would have put that 6 grand into performance only (not visual things) you'd be a hell of alot faster then 18 seconds

Fuck visuals. Only reason I started out that way was to eese my wife into things. Figured it would be less of a pain in my ass to start off with body then start tearing into the engine.

Turboing an Ecotec is not a terribly uncommon thing. But its not cheap.
