window crank

how do i get the window crank off cause i need to tighten the bolts on my speakers they are rattling and its annoying its a 94 camaro

You can pick up the tool to remove it pretty cheaply at any Mechanic tool store and some auto parts stores. Anyway you just slide in the tool behind the crank (you sometimes need to apply pressure to make space for the tool to get in) then turn crank til it hits the open end and pops the horse shoe shaped clip out.
