SR20DET problem...need help!!!

ok just wanted to know if anyone knew what this means....my sr20det shoots oil out of the oil dip stick..it only does that if i floor it..its still fast as hell just oil shoots out the damm dip stick....does anyone know what that means!?!?!?!?!?!?

i had a similar problem w/ my dipstick coming out some and it was due to blowby
