vacuum lines and high idle

Well I have a few bugs to work out now that my car is running. First, and most important, the vacuum nipple on the wastegate on my 16g points in such a way that it gets pinched off by my intake(2.5") and consequently my mbc doesn't work. The only thing that I've come up with is get a smaller diameter intake. Any suggestions on that. Second my idle is ~2300. I've tried adjusting the biss and that is all the way in and its still that high. I'm thinking maybe the tps is off a little from when I put it on my new tb? And ideas on that? And third and not so important. My ic pipes keep blowing off even with all that silicone, I think I need to get some t-bolt clamps.

I'd get some t-bolt clamps. You can find sets on egay for fairly cheap. As for the idle was about the iac motor? (or isc or whatever you want to call it)

About the intercooler pipes: Use some t-bolts, but cant you also flare the ends of the piping a little?

Yeah, I have that under control now, the biggest issue is the wastegate line

Umm, maybe a picture of it would help? But I guess it would probly be hard to take a pic of it.
