street glow question.......

.....can i put on a gold series kit by mysef?if so is 2-51" bulbs for the sides, 2-30" bulbs for the front & rear, a powerful 9500V transformer for 299.00 a good price?hit me back with answers comments and info.

where do you live, its not legal here

My local stereo shop sells the Gold Series for $199 and the Blue Series for $149. I don't see why you couldn't do it your self, their web site has the directions that come with it, its just simple wiring, and attatching it. I'm not sure how they attatch. I think its just those plastic strips that lock in place.

From what I hear green is legal. Try doing that. Right now I got blue washer led's and blue bulbs in my running lights (corners have 2 bulbs, one blinks and the other runs when headlights are turned on) and I havent gotten pulled over for that, when I do I will probably just act suprised and be like "Theyre blue?!? I thought they were hiper white! I will get that fixed ASAP officer, I am so sorry"
