no power to fuse boxes but headlights work

ok I just read all of the problems people are having getting there cars to start, all they do is turnover the starter with no fire of the engine. My 90 323 had that problem, however now when i turn the ignition switch nothing powers up the only thing that works is the headlights. if I get towed behind another vehicle with the ignition in the on position and the tranny in 3rd and pop the clutch hard a couple times the dash accessory lights will pop on and the engine starts right up. runs good however as soon as I turn the engine off with the key it all stars over again with nothign getting power except the headlights. if anybody has any ideas please let me know what to do.... sorry if this has question has been previously answered but I didnt find it thanks again :screwy:
