A/C, Interior dash lights...

Ok heres the problem.. My Hot/Cold slider on my cars dash is stuck on hot. Its not stuck, the slider slides left and right, cold to hot, but it isn't connected. I need to take my dash apart and fix it. My question is has anyone ever took their dash apart to fix this problem or any other problem needing the dash removed.? Is it a difficult deal or should i take it to someone to fix. Also my lights on the dash, the power window switch's light, and my air flow selection switchs lights ggo off sometimes too. The one for defrost, hi/ low etc. Ant help would be appreciated.

I own a 94 Honda Prelude Si. 5 spd.

Pain staking process..I'd just pay someone to do it in no time.
