OK to start I need a new alternator. The one I have is original to the car, a 94 V6. I need a high output because I have some subs and I dont like the dimming lights. Where should I get one? Plus I was wondering if I should change the coil packs and spark plug wires? (they are original too)

And it also has an oil leak, I have heard that GM's 3.4s leak but from where? It looks like it is coming from something above the oil filter. The oil pressure drops when its warm is this part of the oil leak? if not is there any way to fix the pressure? FYI the pressure, when cold, starts at about 40 PSI but drops to about 10 when warm and ideling but when the RPMs go up so does the pressure but not above 20-30 PSI

For an alternator I would reccomend going here:
http://www.mralternator.com/alternators/chevygmc.html

The one for your car is the 3rd one down, it's 160 amp and only $179.

As for the coil and wires, if you have the money to do it you might as well change them.

Oil pressure usually goes by RPM, average is 10psi per 1000 RPM. The leak I am not sure about... maybe intake gaskets...?
