i wanna drop my car like 2" or so, and i'm wondering what to get. i can either get neuspeed race springs, or ground control adjustable springs. once i drop it, i don't really think i'll be changing it, so i'm not sure i really need the adjustability, but i think it's still nice to have. either way, i'm gonna go with koni yellows in addition to which ever i get.

personally if you dont care about changing height, go with springs. better ride from what ive heard, and not as hard on the shocks.
got any pics of your car? im from sj too, maybe ive seen your car around. although every other car is a teg, so who knows:D

The H&R race are very good with those shocks as well as the Neuspeed race.
But you may be too low for your taste, so the ground controls may be a better option, but not the best for performance IMO

Just to disagree with Dezoris a bit - there are many who like the GC's for performance. They're well made, and its easy and relatively cheap to swap spring rates.
Honestly, for your application I'd still go with the
Ground Controls, but with softer spring rates - like 275 F and 225 R (lb/in). That will allow you to get your ride height where you want it and won't leave you stuck if you decide that its too low.
However, Dezoris knows better than I.
