Okay guys and girls i have 1900.00 saved almost at my 2000.00 goal!!!..now problem is finding a si for sale im not gonna settle for anything but an si!....anyways when im ready to start modding it im probee gonna stick with the natural route cuz its jsut a daily driver and i dont wanna do an engine swap...so heres wha ti have in mind..with the exception of some i cant think of..
aem cai,dc headers 4-2-1 ,and either the skunk2 cat back exhaust or the dc sports one,hi-flo cat. thatll be it for awhile
what are your thoughts on skunk2 coilovers? i was todl they are really bouncy if this is true how could i stop this? or should i just go with a good set of springs and worry bout c-overs later?..umm..oh what are your thoughts on GUDE products? liek tehre head packages and what not?also is it hard to install an egine start button..dont ask me why ive just always wanted one in a car lol.

I have skunk2 coilovers, and i like them alot.
I have it dropped 4" in the rear 3.5" in the front and am riding on stock shocks.
It's bouncy just because i dont have the aftermarket shocks.

I have an opinion on the Gude head package. A guy I met here in town is sponsored by Gude and he has the head package on his Si motor. This thing lopes like a 350 chevy with a race cam. Anyway, he has a CAI, header, 50 shot dry NOS and the Gude head package and he is one of the fastest 1/8 mi. imports around here. I believe he is in the mid 8 second range with what he has. I is a CRX with a full interior (some stripping out behind the seats) a giant fiberglass hood, what looks to be the WW kit and I think 15'sr 16's.
Anyway, I have recently purchased an Si motor that was gasket matched ported and polished and the throttle body was ported and polished also. I plan on putting in a street/strip cam, crank underdrive pulley, 50 shot wet NOS with a good clutch and maybe some 16's or 15's (selling my 17's). This should put me in the low 9's (1/8 mi.) or vey high 8's.
For the money, you can't beat a 40 horse jump from the Gude head package. But, it is a lot of money. If I had the money, I'd go for it before a turbo because it doesn't put anymore stress on the motor, just breathes better. The Gude package with a turbo...oh nevermind! I must be :bandit:
