i've heard in the UK 80% of speed cameras don't actually fine your either from no film or just dummy ones. Is that true? I've been flashed twice and nothing happened

Hm, those cameras were banned in mn. As rules by our courts they are an "invasion of privacy" because the owner of the car gets a ticket instead of the person who was driving it.

I had a friend get caught running a red light with a camera. And, yes they sent it to the owner of course. I think they even sent the picture. I don't know about speeding cameras though. Don't know of anyone that has been cought by one of those.

I saw a video a few days ago. They were testing to see how fast you would have to go to not get your picture taken. 170mph and the camera wont even see you. lol. But anything lower and your caught.
