heater on full only

can anyone help me i dont know where the resistor pack for the heater unit is. i dont want to start stripping heater unit:shakehead for it to be somewhere else.it is l reg espace(94) i think.

info not very forthcoming, so far all i have found out is the pack is somewhere inside the heater unit. i shall be opening unit in next couple of days, i have many kids and not a lot of time, therefore i have yet to fix problem.
