ABS light (kinda long)

Helo Everyone,
Over here from the Jeep forum with a couple of questions. I just bought a 1992 325i (Calypso Red with parchment leather interior. 5 speed and 162K miles on it) (I also have a 1986 325e. Arctic Blue and blue leather. 5 speed with 213K on it) The questions are on the "92". The ABS idiot light is on and the PO said that the light has been on for a couple of years and that several shops have checked it and can't figure it out. I have all his receipts, but have not gone through them yet. Any ideas what it could be? Second question is, does anybody know where I can get replacement leather for the seat cushion on the driver's side besides the stealership? I already checked with Bavarian Autosport and rthey don't have it. Last question is it a straight plug-n-play to replace the digital clock/bulb check/temp/memo box with the OBC?
