Today I stripped the entire rear of everything. I got my weight down 80lbs. My goal is to get my car sub 2000lbs. What other stuff is easily removed that weighs a lot? I was thinking A/C Compressor but no one wants to tell me how to get that off.

hehe with full interior, 3/4 tank of gas, spare tire, etc, mine was like 2170? i think maybe a bit less. With me in the car i do remember it was exactly 2300. This was done on some cornerweighting scales, it could be a bit off but usually the scales are pretty accurate. Also my car has no AC or power steering, heck the only power thing in the entire car is my sunroof hehe.
BTW, to get the AC compressor out, decompress the AC lines. Then remove the belt off the AC, and any bolts holdin the metal lines onto it. Remove the lines ( I think there are two?) and any electrical connections. At this point there are just 4 bolts holding the compressor and its bracket to the engine block. Take the 4 bolts out and everything down their should come off. Their is a belt tensioner also you can remove that as well its just behind the compressor. Between me takin out all the AC compoents in just the engine bay, and gettin a header (since the stock manifold is like a boat anchor) I have shaved 40-45 pounds off the front end. Yes we weighted everything thats not a made up # hehe. G'luck on the AC, if you rip out the whole system...make a friend help you trust me.

in scc aug 02 on page 149 they take a 01 sentra apart to see how much time they can shave off. i think it ends up being 2 seconds and -210 lbs. i'm pretty sure you not gonna wanna take the car apart to the extent they did. however, after reading it you might get some ideas.

it was alot more than 280 lbs on that car, all that was left is an engine a chassis and one seat.

Well I have a CF Hood and Lightweight Rims so I guess that saved me some pounds. And I usually have my tool box, CDs, my CD Changer, and other crap in the back which can easily be taken out to save weight.
