I just met the owner of Axiom Tuning in Santa Ana, California. While I was at the shop, he was finishing up an M3 SMG that was going to have a hopeful over 600whp. I must say it was extremely sexy. I have never been much of a BMW fan, but after seeing that car, and the technology involved, I am impressed. They took the car to a show in Santa Barbara to show it off. The motor is fully built with a Vortec supercharger and other goodies. The supercharger is supposed to develope between 14 and 16 psi. I will post a numbers once the car is broken in and dynoed. Nice car though.

Nice numbers...but 1200 has been made with a turbo out the the Euro E36 M3. 600 is going to make it verry quick.

Yeah I have seen the post. But it is also my understanding that the OBD2 computers are much harder to work with, plus it is supposed to be a daily driven street car that you can drive more than 40,000 kilometers before a rebuild. Plus 1,200whp is great if it can be hooked up. They say you can't put slicks on those M3's or the drivetrain will blow. So although 1,200 hp is awsome, if you can't use it, what is the point. Just a comparison, a C6 Corvette with a twin turbo setup good for over 700whp, and great traction will break the tires loose at 70mph if you mash on the gas. Now imagine a car with less traction and more hp. Do the tires ever stop spinning? Well I don't want to put it down because I would rather have 1,200whp than 600whp, but there is more to think about than just power. Both are impressive, and honestly I would rather have the one with 1,200whp.

600hp would be pretty impressive in a E46 M3. Better then the AA and Dinan kits. Is he planning on keeping it at stock compression?

It has lower compression pistons and cams. I'm not sure what else is in there. I just met the guy but I do plan on finding out everything. Hopefully he will be dynoing soon. I know they are driving it around to break it in.
