It means that your timing belt jump a notch off your Camshaft gears so the camshaft timing is off (AKA: the valve timing is off).

You could technically do it yourself, I'm pretty sure that there's a write up for it on stealth316. but all you really have to do is take off the timing belt, and rematch the stock timing
