From experience, I've noticed that coil over springs suck. I have them on my car currently and i'm using the stock struts. Coil over springs may look nice and will indeed lower your car. But when you're driving, your car is going to bounce up and down, when you hit a pot hole, it feels like your car just had an explosion.

My suggestion is to get a coil over and strut one piece. If you don't want to spend that much money, get the coil over then buy an after market strut that will also lower your car. This combination will help.

I will be purchasing Tien SS Shocks for my car soon and throwing away my coil overs. If you want them, i'll sell them to you cheap! (although I do not wish it on my worst enemy).
